We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. We dispatch all orders received before 2pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day from our Sydney based warehouse.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.

Customs duties and/ or VAT are calculated and included at checkout for EU countries. Customs duties and/or VAT may apply to countries outside the EU. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Ray Swimwear is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
RETURNS
We want you to love your Ray purchase, if for some reason it isn't fitting quite right we will provide an exchange or store credit to the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:
- Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
- Unworn items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, have hygiene sticker in place and all swing tags attached
- Unworn items must be returned in original Ray bag
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and Ray is not liable for loss or damage in return transit (so we recommend using a trackable delivery method and keeping note of your tracking number).

Store credit and Gift cards can be used at any time, these do not have an expiration date.
Any purchases made using discount codes or promotions are only eligible to be returned for exchanges or store credit. Not refunds.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at info@rayswimwear.com as soon as possible with your order number and images of the fault so we can work with you to resolve this with priority.
Ray will bare the return shipping costs, so please keep your postage receipt and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
